To her fair works did Nature link The soul that through me ran And much it grieved my heart to think What man has made of man I heard a thousand blended notes While in a grove I reclined In that sweet mood when pleasant thoughts Brought sad thoughts to the mind Through primrose tufts in that green bower The myrtle herb trailed it’s wreaths And through my faith now every flower Enjoys the air it breathes The birds around me hopped and played Their thoughts I cannot measure But the least motion that they made Did seem a thrill of pleasure A budding twig spread out its fan To catch the breezy air And I must think do all I can That there was pleasure there If this belief from heaven be sent If such be Nature's plan Have I not reason to lament For what man has made of man?

The joy within your touch is soothing (the joy within) The sound within your voice is healing (is soothing) The strength within your being is comforting (the sound within) As we transcend … from here (is healing) Quietly I wait to hear your call Teach me about your song Dancing around the Hawthorn tree I feel you all day long Slowly I watch you disappear Into the heaves above Drifting along like a cloud in the sky Spreading ideas and love Element of air I feel you here Swirling and whirling and clearing my mind Wind in the forest I feel you near Rushing and gushing and leaving behind The past like a memory left forgotten As you soothingly sing through the trees Spreading your thoughts to the earth far below Dancing as bold as you please

Here and Now 06:13
Fires burn and desires yearn At a time when I learn to let go Rivers run lit by the sun As the waters of life always flow And I am here and I have no fear And I am in the here and now Daisy chains and passing trains Moving onward towards a new home Winter breeze and icy trees In the woods where I like to roam And I am here and I have no fear And I am in the here and now Dancing waves in the hidden caves By the sea where I like to go Sandy shore and the misty moor I will find all I need to know And I am here and I have no fear And I am in the here and now

When the Celtic warrior queen bleeding from the Roman rods Sought with an indignant mien counsel of her country’s gods The sage beneath a spreading oak sat the Druid ancient chief Every burning word he spoke was full of rage and full of grief Boadicea, with the monarch’s pride Boadicea, battled, fought, and died Boadicea, with tears for peace she cried Boadicea, brought the turning of the tide Princess if our aged eyes weep upon thy matchless wrongs The strength of our resentment ties all the terror of our tongues When the progeny that springs from the forests of our land Armed with thunder, clad with wings shall a wider world command She with all a monarch’s pride felt them in her bosom glow Rushed to battle, fought and died then dying hurled them at the foe Now other soldiers shall arise heedless of their brother’s name But sounds not arms shall win the prize with harmony the path to fame

Flowers bloom throughout springtime in colours of the earth We see the petals greet the sun all nature giving birth And when the setting day is done and winter comes to stay The light will fade for the stars to shine & lead us on our way Once more the seasons are a changing And domes the deep and heather hills With song birds singing bright and joyful tunes The blackbirds still will have their wills. The woods with living airs are keeping The light airs far beneath the sand, The trees are breathing and so softly sleeping Their voices heard throughout the land. The fairy folk within the forests Fly round and sing like birds, They ring aloud their bells of change From the heavens clear in spoken word. For now the heavenly power is here To make the older seem so new, With flowers opening up their gentle arms The creatures now are waking too.

For a dream like this is yours to find It soothes the heart and heals the mind With flames of thought that shine the light Visions bring (the soul such) delight I dreamt I lay where flowers were springing in the sunny beam Listening to the wild birds singing by a crystal stream And there my heart began to wander far beyond this land I rambled through the purple heather and roved beside the strand I dreamt I found a piece of land where freedom filled the air Where people lived in harmony without pain or despair And there I found the tree of life embodied by a silver Birch Its leaves were lit throughout the night for all who came in search I dreamt I walked along a path that wove within a valley And there I came across a channel that held a golden galley I climbed aboard this ancient vessel and soon we sailed away Beyond the land, beyond the shore, and out beyond the bay We seek the highest path we know Watching down on earth below Bathed in sunlight all year round This journey takes us homeward bound

Let your mind be taken over Allow your intuition to rule If you are ready to let go Your passion becomes your tool - say Fear I won’t let you return I’ll crush you up and make you burn Fear I won’t let you return From you I’ll teach my mind to learn Fear I won’t let you take hold My heart’s too strong and vision bold Fear I won’t let you take hold It’s clear to me you freeze me cold The dark clouds of fear returning When the light is lost Remember there’s always a path to follow Through the fields of frost Listen to your heart’s words of warning Don’t follow what you think you know Walk in the waves of wisdom Through forests filled with snow The dark clouds of fear I’ll deal with While the days are young I’ll banish the storm from my kingdom With weapons from my tongue I stood in my truth in the light I ran through the obstacles ahead The shapes and shadows in front of me All heard me when I said

For the eyes are the sign of the soul within Of a heart that is loyal in view And my faithful sweetheart I shall love you still For as long as your eyes are blue For the spirit within can carefully bind Deep peace through uniting the heart of mankind When it’s meaning and purpose that we seek to find Then the soul brings time out of mind

Colour me purple in your evening light Wash me upon your shore in the night Carry me above your crashing waves with ease Blow me along your coast in the breeze In my dreams I bathe in the water And sail to a faraway land In my dreams I fly across the ocean And I dance upon your sparkling sand Soothe me and heal me with your salty waves Hold me close and wash my tears away I hear your waters lap in deep conversation Within your presence I find my inspiration And I dance And I dance And I dance upon your sand
